Don't laugh! It is surprising at how many people have no idea on the relationship of body height, weight, and mass. I have, in the past, seen character profiles with physical statistics such as a height of 6'4" and a weight of 120 lbs. This person would be hospitalized. Please use the charts if in doubt!
As a general rule, use the physical characteristics of the actor/actress that plays the character if Canon. If an original creation, then use the physical stats listed for the avatar you are using to portray your character...if any.
